Terms of Use

The Service is provided by 850 HOUSE YAZILIM VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. ("850house", "we", "us"), Büyükdere Mah. Çayırbaşı Cad. No: 58 İç Kapı No: 1 Sarıyer / İstanbul. Tax office: Sarıyer, tax number: 0281059451. MERSİS: 0028105945100001.

You describe a website in a chat. An AI agent (Claude, by Anthropic) plans a small first version, writes the site in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, can create images with AI image models (from OpenAI), checks the site in a headless browser and publishes a preview at sites.850house.co. You can keep chatting to change the site; each change produces a new version. You can download the site's code, with notes for coding agents, at any time.

On the Brands page you can create a brand (colours, type, logo and illustrations) and export it as a kit: design tokens, CSS, components and a Claude Code plugin. The agent can build a site in your brand.

If you want a bigger build, a custom domain or hosting by 850house, you can ask us for a quote. See section 10.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have full legal capacity, to use the Service.
• You can sign up with email and password, an email sign-in link or code, or Google sign-in.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be created by automated means, shared, sold or transferred.
• Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Using the AI agent costs credits. One credit corresponds to a small amount of AI usage, and credits are charged by actual usage. New accounts receive 500 free credits.

• Each message you send to the agent reserves 200 credits. When the turn ends, only the credits actually used are charged and the unused part is returned to your balance.
• A typical message uses about 90 credits, and a first version of a site about [60–120]. These are estimates, not promises; larger requests and generated images use more.
• Creating a brand and exporting a kit are [free]. AI features on the Brands page, such as generated logos or illustrations, use credits [to confirm].
• If a turn fails because of a problem on our side, all of its credits are returned automatically.
• Your balance and a record of charges are shown in your account.

You can buy credits online in two ways. Prices are in Turkish lira, VAT (KDV) included.

850house sells the credits. Payments are processed by our payment provider (PayTR). You enter your card details on the provider's page; we never see or store them. Each purchase is made under the Distance Sales Contract shown at checkout.

Credits that expire soonest are used first: subscription credits first, then free sign-up credits, then one-off pack credits, oldest first.

Credits are personal and cannot be transferred, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. One-off pack credits do not expire while your account is open; subscription credits expire as described in section 5. Free and promotional credits are never refundable. Refunds of purchased credits are covered by the Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy.

We may change pack prices or the credit cost of features in the future. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought. Changes to subscription prices follow section 5.

A subscription is a contract of indefinite term. It renews automatically every month on the day of the month you bought it. You approve this automatic renewal at checkout.

• At each renewal, the monthly price is charged to the card you saved, through our payment provider (PayTR), and the plan's credits are added to your balance.
• Unused subscription credits carry over for one more month and then expire. So credits added at a renewal expire at the end of the following billing month.
• In line with Article 52(4) of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Subscription Contracts (Abonelik Sözleşmeleri Yönetmeliği), you can cancel at any time online from your account, in a way no harder than signing up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month: you will not be charged again, and credits already added stay usable until they expire.
• We do not give partial refunds for the current month, except under the 14-day rule in the Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy.
• If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. You can cancel before then if you do not accept it.
• Upgrades take effect immediately: the new plan's credits are added and the new price applies from that date. Downgrades take effect from your next renewal.
• There are no annual plans.

Sites, code, images, brand kits and text are generated automatically by AI models. They may contain mistakes, bugs or unexpected content, and may resemble existing works. They are provided "as is": we do not guarantee that a request will produce a particular result, that a site will work in every browser or on every device, or that it will be fit for a specific purpose.

AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright. Before using a site, logo or other output commercially, check it yourself, including for similarity to other people's brands, logos, designs or works.

You keep your rights in the ideas, prompts, messages and files you provide. As between you and 850house, and to the extent the law allows, you own the sites, code, assets and brand content generated for your projects, subject to the rights of third parties and the terms of the AI providers whose models generate them (Anthropic and OpenAI).

Sites and brand kits can include third-party components under their own licences, such as open-source libraries, fonts and icon sets. You must follow those licences when you use or publish your site or kit.

You give 850house a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, copy, build, host and display your content only as needed to run and support the Service, including hosting your site previews. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or for backups that are deleted on their normal cycle.

We do not use your sites, brands or prompts to train AI models, and we will not feature your site publicly without your permission.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the rights to it.

Each site's preview is hosted at a link like https://sites.850house.co/<site id>/. Anyone who has the link can open the preview. The link is unlisted (we do not list it anywhere) but it is not secret or password-protected. Only share it with people you want to have it, and do not put personal, private or confidential information in your sites. Previews are for reviewing your site, not for running a live website; for hosting, see section 10. Deleting a site in the app removes its files and images, including its preview.

You must not use the Service to create, upload, publish or share, or attempt to:

• anything illegal, or content that infringes other people's rights, such as copyrighted or trademarked text, images, logos or designs you are not allowed to use;
• phishing pages, or sites that collect passwords, card details or other personal data under false pretences;
• sites that impersonate a real person, company, brand or public authority, or that mislead visitors about who runs them;
• scams, fake shops, fraudulent offers, or sites selling illegal goods or services, including unlicensed gambling;
• sexual content involving minors, in any form;
• content that promotes hatred, violence or violent extremism, or harasses or threatens others;
• malware, cryptominers, malicious redirects or other harmful code;
• spam, including pages made only to manipulate search engines;
• breaking, overloading, probing, reverse-engineering or misusing the Service or its preview hosting, or getting around credit or usage limits;
• scraping or collecting data from the Service by automated means;
• reselling or sublicensing access to the Service, or creating accounts automatically or in bulk.

We may refuse requests, take down a site preview, remove content or limit features where we reasonably believe these rules are broken or the law requires it. Where a preview puts visitors at risk or the law requires it, we may take it down without notice.

You can download your site's code, with notes for coding agents, and your brand kits, and develop, host or publish them yourself. Downloading is included in the Service at no extra charge.

Publishing a site yourself can create additional costs that are not part of your credits or subscription, for example domain registration, hosting and the fees of any third-party service your site uses. These are paid to those providers and are your responsibility.

If you want a bigger build, a custom domain or hosting by 850house, you can ask us for a quote. A quote request is not an order. If you accept a quote, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and 850house, not by these terms. Credits cannot be used to pay for that work unless that agreement says so.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@850house.co. Deleting your account ends any subscription, so no further charges are made, removes your site previews, and forfeits any remaining credits; see the Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy for refunds of unused purchased credits before deletion.

We may suspend or close an account, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund unused purchased credits.

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. It relies on third-party providers (hosting, AI models, browser testing, payments). We may add, change or remove features. If we stop the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused purchased credits.

To the extent permitted by Turkish law, 850house is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them, and they do not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You are responsible for how you use and publish the sites and brand kits you create, including the legal duties that come with a live website (for example, a privacy notice for visitors' data), and you agree to cover our losses arising from content you submit that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and close your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

If you are a consumer, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your or our place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by law.

For users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
