This Cookie Policy explains which cookies 850 HOUSE YAZILIM VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. ("850house", "we") uses on https://studio.850house.co (850house Studio), why, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice (Turkey).
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages and visits, such as that you are signed in or which language you chose. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy too.
Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party cookies; cookies set by another domain are third-party cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
2. Legal basis
We follow Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices. Strictly necessary cookies, without which the service cannot work, are used without consent on the basis of performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-(c) and (f)). Any other cookie (for example analytics or marketing) may only be used with your explicit consent (açık rıza), and refusing must be as easy as accepting.
For visitors in the European Union, the same approach follows the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR: strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent, and any other cookies require your prior consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
3. Cookies we use
Today we only use the strictly necessary cookies listed below. All of them are first-party cookies set by our own site.

When you buy credits, you pay on PayTR's payment page. Any cookies on that page are set by PayTR under its own policies, not by us.
4. No analytics or marketing cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising, marketing or social media tracking cookies today. The cookie settings already include analytics and marketing categories, but nothing uses them yet. If we add any such cookies in the future, they will only be set after you opt in through the cookie settings, and we will list them in this policy before they are used.
5. Managing your choices
You can review or change your cookie choices at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already used lawfully before the withdrawal.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in and parts of the service will not work.
6. Site previews and local storage
Site previews at sites.850house.co are pages made by our users with the AI agent. 850house sets no cookies on them [confirm]. A site you build may set its own cookies or use the browser's local storage, depending on the code in it; that is part of the site, not of 850house Studio. Such data stays in the visitor's browser and is not sent to us; it can be deleted by clearing the browser's site data. If you publish a site that uses cookies, you are responsible for informing its visitors.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we start using cookies that require consent, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
