Pre-Contract Information Form

You can buy credits in two ways: a one-off credit pack, or a monthly subscription that adds a set number of credits to your 850house Studio account every month. Both are digital content. A new account also receives 500 free credits once, at sign-up.

You spend credits by sending messages to the AI agent that plans, writes (HTML, CSS and JavaScript), changes and publishes your website as previews at https://sites.850house.co/<site id>/, and by generating images and brand descriptions on the brands page. One credit corresponds to a small amount of AI usage, and credits are charged by actual usage. Each message reserves 200 credits; when the turn ends only what was actually used is charged and the unused part is returned. If a turn fails on our side, all its credits are returned automatically. A typical message uses about 90 credits and a first version of a site about [60–120], but this varies with the request.

• Credits are personal, cannot be transferred, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• One-off pack credits do not expire while your account is open. Unused subscription credits carry over for one more month and then expire. Closing the account forfeits any remaining credits.
• Credits that expire soonest are used first: subscription credits first, then free sign-up credits, then one-off pack credits, oldest first.
• The service runs in a current web browser and needs an internet connection; no software has to be installed. AI output is generated automatically, may contain mistakes and is not guaranteed to produce a specific result.
• Larger custom builds, connecting a custom domain and hosting a site beyond the preview address are quoted separately and are not part of this purchase.

Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT (KDV). The total shown on the checkout page at the moment of purchase is final. There are no delivery or other extra charges. A subscription is charged again every month at the price shown, until you cancel.

You pay by debit or credit card through our licensed payment provider (PayTR). You enter your card details on the provider's secure page; we never see or store them. For a subscription, your card is saved by the payment provider (PayTR) and charged automatically at each monthly renewal. Instalment options, if any, are shown by the provider at checkout. Your invoice for each payment is sent to your email address.

Credits from a one-off pack are added to your account immediately after the payment is approved. Subscription credits are added when you subscribe and again at each renewal, once that month's payment is approved. There is no physical delivery.

• A subscription has no fixed end date. It renews automatically every month on the day of the month you bought it, and the monthly price is charged to your saved card. You approve this automatic renewal at checkout.
• The plan's credits are added at each renewal. Credits added at a renewal expire at the end of the following billing month if unused.
• You can cancel at any time online from your account, in a way no harder than subscribing (Law No. 6502, Article 52(4), and the Regulation on Subscription Contracts). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month: you will not be charged again, and credits already added stay usable until they expire. There are no partial refunds for the current month, except under section 8.
• If we change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
• Upgrades take effect immediately (the new plan's credits are added and the new price applies from that date); downgrades take effect from your next renewal. There are no annual plans.

Under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content delivered instantly in electronic form. This applies to one-off packs and to each month of a subscription once that month's credits have been delivered. At checkout you will be asked to approve that delivery of the credits starts immediately and that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal. The purchase cannot be completed without this approval.

Although the law does not require it, we refund in full:

• a one-off pack, if none of its credits have been used and you ask within 14 days of purchase;
• the first month of a new subscription, if none of that month's credits have been used and you ask within 14 days of subscribing; the subscription is then cancelled. Renewals are not refundable.

To ask for a refund:

• Email info@850house.co from your account's email address within 14 days of purchase, with the purchase date and amount.
• We refund the card you paid with through the payment provider within 14 days of approval; when it appears on your card depends on your bank.

Packs with any credits used, and free sign-up or promotional credits, are not refundable. Duplicate charges and technical billing errors are always refunded.

You may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your place of residence or the seller's place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

Before paying, you confirm at checkout that you have read this form and the Distance Sales Contract, and that you received this information. If you are buying a subscription, you also approve its automatic monthly renewal and the recurring charge to your card. A copy of both documents is sent to your email address.
